Works best if you know what want to do and then train towards it for a long time... otherwise adding skills that aren't where your attributes have been allocated might make you train those new skills slower. I would save a remap just in case.

You will be better off trying to ransom ratters or ganking pirates than trying to intercept a hauler in low-sec. It's up to pilot error for a blockade runner to get caught in low-sec.

You will get your ship blown up if you try to kill industrials. Their corpmates will come kill you or they will come back in a PVP ship and kill you. Don't bother unless you have back up and/or don't mind holding up in a station/safespot for 15 min.
