I was assuming low sec gate sentries were what we were talking about. They hit a lot harder than mission sentries by a factor of 5x to 10x I'd say and resists matter a lot to the damage you take.

It's all missiles from all launchers you can fit on the ship for the velocity bonus and all kinetic damage missiles for the damage bonus. ie Thorn Rockets, Bloodclaw Lights, Scourge Heavy and all their T2 variants. If you can fit a cruise somehow...
