To the op : its a very very bad idea. Making everybody good at everythign, by allowing gallente to do for example em dmg and ammar explosive is just bad idea. Difference is good.So the fact that caldari can choose dmg types but for pure dps cant ...

Hey i also fly gallente ships for missions: I used to fly like you with a remote reppign second account but with deimos on main.The trick was to enter with second account once they have aggroed my main fighter.OFc in misssions when you get jumped...
