Will sensor damps now follow the same script system as tracking computers where you can flip between either range or scan resolution dampening, or will it be 2 seperate modules for each function?

I agree with your comments on the nerfing and balancing rut these forums and possibly CCP themselves are currently in. The environments thing seems a bit too far out there for various reasons others will not doubt state.

You're FAR better doing this with t1 fitted thoraxes or arbitrators. The omen isn't a great ship at the best of times but to get any decent use out of it actually needs good skills and t2 fittings.
