Well... just look at it in a 250 vs 250 fleet fight. It is going to be very hard to kill any other Battleship that if primary with this module fitted.. Else: It is armour favoured (again)

Pfff... The thing I am trying to say is this; Titan have to much tracking at the moment. They track everything from frigates to Battleships.... This needs fixing So THE solution is to remove the immunity from Titans so hostiles ship can Trackin...
