1. New computer! Whatcha think? - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Not too much to add here. I have huge love for the 6600, where games actually use it, seems to run all four cores around the 75% mark. I haven't overclocked it yet because I haven't found a game that will push it. Runs stable and cool. Much love....

You can tackle most ships you catch ratting with a condor, a scram and a mwd. Keep your ducks in a row and you'll be fine. Your shiney 30+ mil inty can still go poof if you hit a rock and lose your transverse, so pay attention.

I didn't find I had any problems hitting things in a punisher with conflags in, even with the afterburner on. Hell, you can even use them on an interceptor.

Your chances of pulling off a successful jam with a single multispec are really really bad. Those things are intended to work on a ship with a bonus to ECM and/or signal distortion amps. An ecm burst wont get you far either, since it has a maxim...

You can do level 2s easy enough as long as you fit an afterburner and promise to keep your transverse up. Its actually fairly good practise, although you might go boom if you screw up badly.

Best thing to do: move away from the warp in point, at least 100 KM, and stay aligned. Or join a corp that runs missions and run them in a group. Its stupid easy to probe down missioners, so you have to watch yourself.
