Have EANM's use cap like their shield counterpart the Invulnerability Field and bump their CPU usage. Lower the CPU on the damage specific hardners. There, good ideas that have been stated already. They're worth repeating.

I'm hoping t2 BS will be Flagships, pure and simple. 3-4 Highslots dedicated to Gang modules with a proper tank as to survive fleet frontline combat. Either that or bonuses to fitting XL weapons to go after Capital Ships.

Sweet jesus, you all want a module to counter NOS? I have one for you that already exists but is quite useless. Cap Batteries! Very simple, cap batteries should reserve a certain amount of cap that can't be NOSsed, only used up by the ship itself....
