i've never measured what eve takes bandwidth wise but i can tell you that i can reliably play eve on a 3G cell phone connection with my phone tethered to my PC if i have to, TS3 on the other hand will drop on me if there is too much talking going ...

update on my performance issues. windowed mode of any form is what has taken a massive performance hit for me. going full screen mode on one monitor sends my framerates through the roof as they used to be on my 8800GT

the SP you got reimbursed pretty much is free SP because it was literally doing nothing for you before in the game other than making your skill train 1% faster (maybe) you spent how many months training up those advanced learning skills to lvl 5? ...

so basically your complaining because you wasted ~6 million SP training up your learnings to the max even though doing so would have took ~6+ years to makeup for having spent so much time training it when you could have just trained something else...
