1. What are viable solo ships in low-sec? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Marc Callan wrote: Maybe one of the Tech-3's - I've been on the wrong side of a Proteus on a roam, and it was not a pleasant experience. Word of warning, though: if you're in FW lo-sec, battlecruisers will generally be flown by people with spe...

2. PvP And Me - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
"While RvB can certainly give you experience, compared to solo roaming pvp it would be like comparing prearranged 1700's-style line fighting to modern combined arms combat. " Yea, not the reality at all. There are arranged fights (roughly even ...

3. PvP And Me - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Join RvB for a few months and start with Frigates. Work your way up in ship sizes as you get confident in your overall PvP comprehension. You will get lots of fights and have fun with each different ship classes abilities. Frigates can be just as ...

Go join RvB for awhile. Ship replacement programs will help with the costs and you will get plenty of pvp to get your feet wet. Good luck Mike

6. Revelation, Avatar, or Archon? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Be patient, Eve is unlike any other game in that it takes time to achieve certain goals and more often than not that time is invaluable to your ability to be capable. There is nothing wrong with having a ship goal in mind and training along those ...

7. Ashimmu - FW heavy tackler - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
The Ash is great with support, like others have already said. Main use would be on a gate camp where you were essentialy the tackle web. You can put together a "Mini Bhaalgorn" if you like and it serves its purpose well with duel webs (which will...

9. Ashimu lets discuss it - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I love my Ashimmu, Really its a beast as a tackler on anything. Like others have said soloing other cap dependent ships (Amarr) it is insanely useful with the neuting, but in general I woudln't recommend trying to solo things bigger than a cruise...

10. Blingion fitting halp and advice. (Legion help thread.) - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
FMPII's or HPLII's work fine for missions. Try this fit: http://eve.battleclinic.com/loadout/49347-Pimpin-L4-800-DPS-Legion.html I use a variation of this but honestly as long as you fly it with common sense you will be fine. Move around on the...

11. Idears for a Flagship in high/lowsec warfare - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
As others have said already a Flagship is whatever you want it to be. Flagships are generally the ship flying the "flag" of the commander or as some people have come to view it as the "Bismark" of their fleet. In reading your post it looks as if y...

12. Camping WTs on a Gate Solo - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Honestly unless you know what is coming through (previously stated) then you shouldn't be in a small tanked ship at all. Tier 3 BC's have notoriously small tanks and if you're camping a HS gate possibly for a mission runner that could be your doom...

13. PvP flying - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I would say fly whatever you feel like flying. The beauty of EVE is that there is NO perfect ship really. I personally fly Amarr armor ships, I chose to do this because I like using lasers and having a huge buffer tank to brawl with. Just my style...
