I currently use these (don't know prefix) : CC8, CR8 & ZET4000. Can be gotten from LP store and require Cybernetics III or IV, not sure but not Cybernetics V. They give 5% cap recharge, 5% cap capacity (also increases cap recharge) and 5% armor ...

Ok I was doing lvl1/2 missions for Ammatar Consulate yesterday and got my Amarr standing by blitzing to -5.27 After training diplomacy to lvl1 it jumped from -5.27 to -4.62 But the description of the diplomacy skill suggests it's only effect...
