If you mean resell a GTC you purchased with ISK, that is no longer allowed via game mechanics. There are some people selling GTCS direct, and bypassing CCP's protection, but if you get scammed CCP no longer reimburses you.

Once again, BOB could have been using any BPO. Saying D2 lead people into a slaughter is a cop out, especially since the purchase of the Leviathan BPO was not the reason for the assault.
