ishtar is nice can pump out 500+ DPS [without much ammo so more isk left for you] can run 2x medium armor reps indefinitly [=1 large t2 rep] + AB , with its high t2 resistance low sig and fast speed its ideal tanker and DPS is pretty good too ...

nearly impossible the range is about 10km, and most missions are deadspace so ur gona need to fit a AB insted of a mwd. assume you got a BS 30km from you, its gona take like 2mins to get to him so there is no point, get a raven! or a domi :P ---...

would take about 5gistii small shield boosters to equil a xl t2 booster with amp so its probably not ogna work, although the 5gistii would run indefinitly no probs look at an ishtar or cerb with gistii boosters, they seem to work well ----------...

i would assume that a caldari dred with a mini recon webbing and painting could actually do a 1010 pretty fast btw half the thred i read say capital ships cant enter 10/10 the other half say they can so its probably best to find that out first ...
