I haven't factored in the LG-Crystal. I am just wondering in general ship fits. What is the needed average tank/gank for C4's?

So how much "tank" and "gank" is needed to solo a C4? I have heard you need over 1,500 DPS tank for the C4's but a lot of fits here are just 1,000 DPS tanks. Are these valid fits?
