In fact I won't train armor rigging. The only rigs I see myself using are the cap related ones, even the dmg rigs blow.

So I was taking a look at the various armor rigs and umm yeah, they blow very hard. The bonuses are nice however the -10% speed penalty just sucks. I fly blaster boats and I can't justify borking my speed for increased tank on these things. What g...
