2. Possible answer to the insane client lag that occurs - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I think we have our answer then, it's warping that causes it, now maybe ccp can narrow it down a bit if they see this post.

3. Possible answer to the insane client lag that occurs - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: Kazuma Saruwatari Yes, memory leaks clientside have plauged EVE for god knows how long. This is because of the big shift in hardware over the past 3 years of EVE's existence. There are several culprits, all pointing to vast...

5. Possible answer to the insane client lag that occurs - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I can also confirm that this client slowdown/lag starts by simply warping around within the same system, jumping at a gate has nothing to do with it, the more you enter warp, the worse it gets it would seem.

6. Possible answer to the insane client lag that occurs - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Yeah that is exactly what happens to me, and most likely the others experiencing this lag, the framerate only drops if you start doing warps, the more warps, the worse it gets, i found this out by doing 5-16 jump trips vs just doing cosmos complex...

7. Possible answer to the insane client lag that occurs - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: IizzaBatch on 19/12/2006 06:30:04 I notice when warping from gate to gate my client rapidly starts to lag, to the point where my fps is so low it's barely even playable. If i stay in one system and do not enter warp atall, this lag...

11. DEVS - Are ship data interface bpc's build requirements bugged or not? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
That is why i hope they will change it quickly, before anyone can build one, this might seem like the best way to work everything out to ccp, but i think it's obvious right now that the build reqs on a ship data interface are way to high, hurry up...

If you actually farmed those 1700 components and built an interface, and ccp said "we are dropping build cost to 10% of what it is now, down to 170 components" shortly after, would you feel cheated?

Could really use a response, what are you going to tell those people who actually gathered the materials to build one of these at current build cost if soon after you drop the build requirement massively?
