Don't get me wrong, new players are good for EVE in the end. I just don't believe the box will hit shelves and EVE will turn into Warcraft in Space like some people fear.

It isn't arbitrary, regardless of your views on it, no other MMO lets you lvl, train, advance, w/e, multiple characters on the same account at the same time. Even if you can control the pacing to a degree in other games, you still have to be ON th...

It's one skill level, randomly, from a sub system skill that is A) a level 1 skill and B) specific only to T3 and is currently (as far as I know) avoidable by ejecting. This seems like an insanely minor penalty. You aren't going to all of a sudden...

This game is currently advertised on popular gaming websites, tv and I even get it as adds on major search engines like yahoo. While a box copy will increase the player base, I think some people are greatly over estimating it's impact. Here in the...

I don't really see how this is debatable. In Warcraft lets say, I think you can make something like 9 characters per server. They don't all just magically level up while you play one specific one, you have to invest time into it. Most (if not all)...
