I did this last week with one of my alts...got the billing date mixed up and account suspended. I sent the petition off on Saturday afternoon my time I think, and it was answered Wednesday morning my time.

The fact that CCP is spending more time locking threads, than fixing their frell-ups, which is one of the root causes there are a lot more threads from peeved off paying customers being locked today.
