There is no mentioning of the refTypeId 12 which is Docking fee. The only thing closer to that is refTypeId 1 which should have station name as argName1 but in my case it is empty and argID in my case is 1. Of course it could mean that the outpost...

Why don't You use JOIN and not those crazy SELECTs in SELECT in SELECT ;) and btw that '... ORDER BY MoonName' does not work as far as I an see :). (I'm using MySQL).
