2. Sticky:EVE Online: Crucible 1.1 Feedback - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
I like the customizability of the new Neocom. A few minor criticisms: 1) Fleet isn't on the new neocom by default 2) No option to show labels 3) Hard to distinguish minimized chat windows since they all look the same.

Didn't read the pages of comments yet. Good blog, I especially like the bits about insurance. I think it could be a useful mechanism of getting some good-but-not-really-economical ship classes into popular use (*coughdeimoscough*). And cheap tack...

I think this explains why fuel prices are going up - macros / RMT monkeys are/were a huge source of isotopes. I hate RMT as much as the next guy, but I think it would be wise on CCP's part to look into the areas of the game that were heavily macr...

Edited by: Kessiaan on 16/08/2009 02:14:31 Sounds great! But.. if CCP is using a 3rd party browser as the 'guts' of the new IGB, it's going to be a huge target for keyloggers. I can see it now - "BUY YOUR ISK AT <whatever URL>!" Click l...

7. New Dev Blog: War is a full time job - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
I like how they're giving us drones more suited to gate piracy than FW. HH2 w/ double HP and drone durability IV can tank sentries plenty long enough to get back in the drone bay. Even the current HH2 can usually make it as long as you're watchin...

8. New Dev Blog: My rifter is equipped with the following rigs... - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
At the prices you're throwing around, there will be very little reason NOT to rig frigs - T2 guns cost more than the estimated rig prices. Cruisers will still be considered carefully though.

Edited by: Kessiaan on 30/06/2009 21:51:00 You know, Microfunks was going to quit FW here soon, but, after this devblog, we might stick around. Don't want to pull a 22nd and miss our fancy shinies. Will there be a one-time LP payout to people...

Interesting devblog. I didn't have any problems with the colors. Personally I'd like to see what the losses per player stat looks like with all the carebears that never pvp ever not counted. I know I lose 5-10 ships a month and that seems about n...

Sounds good - I give it a thumbs up, even if it's not as epic is the whole W space bit. If you're adding low-end BS to low lowsec belts (which is the impression I got), are the noobs going to get some cruisers to chew on in 0.5?

I really don't like the idea of one-way wormholes. I know they'd solve some issues we've brought up, but at the cost of totally shutting out solo / small-gang explorers and forcing a meta-game on everyone else. With one-way wormholes nobody will ...
