I have seen players who would stalk their prey for even a week or more if the target flies expensive ships. Using scouts, "afk" cloakers, etc to learn their habits and then striking at the right moment.

Nullified blockade runners would be OP. They can already get past gate camps easy. How? They can bridge with a covert jump portal. Want to avoid gate camps, just jump past them. No nullification needed.
