Theres no need to passive tank a harpy, the cap is simply amazing enough that I can boost 500 shield without going under 50% cap (with an SB II and all guns and ab turned on)

The whole arguement is that even though a rax needs to fit small guns in order to fit the 1600mm it compensates unbelieveably well with the 8 heavy drones. It can field a very tough tank and at the same time deliver plenty of offensive capability....

Like the above poster said, you can't just slap on a hardener and expect to tank angels like you can with other factions. The do large amounts of both EM and EXP damage, I guess your best bet would be to get in close and get your transveral veloci...

I personally believe these should not be Tier 3, just a second tier 2 or 1 bs. Im leaning twoards a tier 1.5, with a mineral cost that would equate to about 90-98 mil on market.
