you are right, but most of the mission runners like to have a perma tank, it is just nice to have and this is cheaper on the navy scorp... but yes, it,s not hard to tank them. just for dmg: CNR, Golem, Raven/Cn Scorp

damage wise u need to take a cnr, if u dont want to spend so much isk on tank then cn scorp is nice ofc, because u can use more bcu /target painter with it, so it becomes similiar.
