Remote Armor Repair Systems is the only skill for remote armor reppers. And the cycle time difference of the T2 repper actually makes it worth training the skill to V, beings it's only a Rank 2 skill.

You could always go Amarr for some drone doctrine. Crucifier frigate uses drones as primary DPS. Arbitrator cruiser uses drones as primary DPS. Curse and Pilgrim Recon Ships use drones as primary DPS. Maybe others too, but those are for sure off...
