Find a nice 0.0 system to rat in. I currently rat in a 0.0 system that has about 35 belts.....2 or 3 rats with 1-1.7mil bounties in most of the belts...most drop fairly decent loot (425mm railguns, etc, often named). Its slightly more profitable...

Sounds about right....the last 4 unknown complexes Ive done have given me nothing but Copper tags and faction ammo. Still, I suppose the times Ive found a faction BPC or module have made up for it.

Simple, just make the war mutual and then surrender. If they want to continue with the war then they will have to dec you again once its ended, which will then give you another 24hrs breathing space. They'll soon get bored if you keep surrendering...
