Haulers should come in all sizes. Every type of ship should come in all sizes. Small/Medium/Large Combat vessels, attack vessels, EWar, logi, haulers, miners ... the works.

The thing that confuses me here is that I would have assumed that Attack Vessels would be all about damage and speed (to close and keep range.) A tackler is more about EWar (specifically of the propulsion jamming variety) than anything else, and...
