The static plex is still sitting in Oyeman though you need to comb the celestials to find it. (HINT Read the link above) It still drops the stones every once and a while. Not that either piece of information is really of use but yeah...

Sites respawn when they are completed however there are 2 things to keep in mind with this. -The respawn happens anywhere (assuming RNG determined)within a block of same-security space and from what I have been able to gather does not necessarily...
