Let me clarify, I was thinking more along the lines of not following the person into warp, but when the person warps out they are kind of sleeping, as soon as the person warps back into the area then they continue on.

I can see it from that perspective, someone earlier was right. This guy had about 5 good items on his ship, they all went poof, and I ended up with all his junk. It would have made up for all the time I have spent recently anti/pirating.
