You cant activate offensive modules full stop. Also, are the fof's meant to guess who they should shoot at? You uncloak and fire off the fof "WAIT, wtf screams the missile, no ones targeting you or shooting you - who do I blow up against?!!"

The only problem I see is that the explosive armor resistance on a geddon is 20%. You need to patch that up. You cant run hardners on stronger resists and leave the weakest one alone. I would drop the 1600 plate. I'm not sure how to word my tho...

An osprey with cruiser trained to level 5 and mining 4 is the equivalent of a bs with 6 mining lasers. This means a mega and an apoc outmine the osprey. Mining barge beats this hands down.
