Good idea for a module, the bursts/ECM are lock breakers and offensive modules that cause problems in empire. Where as this one could be passive, lowering sig raduis... You get my vote.

Just in case you don't know what 'Ghost' is, it's a HD imaging program. I think you can download a trial version from Tucows or the like thats good enough for what you want to do.
