Ive got the same setup ecxept I have 3.2 PIV and 2gb ram. I have between 20-40 fps depending on how may and how big my windows in eve are, they causing all the lag.

Its cause youve got an nvidia card, it was the same for me when I had my ti500. now I have an ati card and everything renders perfect now, even the stations

you can always press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+M that will bring up a window showing your fps.
