A Gallente destroyer is pretty much that layout. I think it's 8 high, 2 med, 3 low. With a cap recharger you can run all 8 plus an AB for a decent amount of time. Granted it only has a 800+m^3 cargo hold with lows filled with T2 expanders. Not sur...
