I am pleased to see that this issue was brought up at the CSM meeting. Tthe only responses I have seen from CCP on this issue are along the lines of "we might think about looking at this later on" so I do think this is a relevant topic for the CSM...

I agree with what others have stated regarding folders. Destroying the old address book and replacing it with the personal contacts has made the system almost useless in its current state. But another important point is that the transaction logs ...

Supported. Another related issue is the removal of the transaction logs when you set/change standings. They were an invaluable tool in managing standings. They should be brought back too.
