Since I already have a Tengu, this seemed pretty idiot-proof. I rig it up to do 700m/s with its afterburner and I finish the mission in under 2 minutes. It's not as fast as a stabber, but it definitely doesn't require as much attention as one.

Golem + 4x BCS + 3x painter + T2 torpedoes 2-3 volleys per Battleship @ 7.5 seconds per volley = 15 - 22.5 seconds per battleship 1 volley per battlecruiser = 7.5 seconds per battlecruiser (at most, haven't tried ungrouping the torpedoes yet)
