Ok Yes i do agree ECM was too powerful before as most of the time you would jam some1. Now with the new ECCM your looking on a rook (the most powerful jamming ship in game) with maxed out skills looking at what 15 on a racial jammer ahainst a sens...

another thing... If your being camped or hunted and need to afk for some reason, you dont wanna tell them you are afk so they can go off and hunt other people. You wanna waste as much of their time as possible to really annoy then

Ok this can work like sonar basically it sends out pulses to make the cloaked ships visable for a short while. This is to be used like a sensor booster on the mid slot. Once activated it would send out waves and decloak the cloaked ships in range...
