You can stick the new character in as CEO but you will be stuck with whatever limits the previous CEO had. Meaning, if you reach your corp member limit then you will need to train skills and apply them before you can do so. Hope that helps.

Yes it is Also if you havent already.. train up refineey efficiency to level 4 and the ore specific processing skills to level 3 and you will have no waste on a 50% high sec refinery giving you max return for the ore you mine/refine! PuJu

You can use "station containers" from the market and give them names. Only way to do what your asking as far as I know because you cant have your items hanger setup like a corp hanger.
