Storylines are random. To put it bluntly it is highly unlikely you will receive a storyline PER WEEK,regardless of how many missions you do.Add in the fact most storylines still give "lolerskater" rewards and you get the idea its a tad broken atm.

Now do a T1 comparison with all skills at minimum. A million ISK says the apoc comes out ahead because you need minmatar BS 5 to out-damage amaar weapons.
