I like the idea but with some restrictions: Once per year 1m or so sp maximum You then get a 100% training bonus This means you can scrap junk skills (I know I'll never mine again) and not be able to exploit the system.

This does not make sense either in character or as a game mechanic. While I agree that piracy could do with a buff (in principle, I rarely yarr) this won't work.
