Why do i even bother to answer you? You have shown your lack of a clue again and again.. If your ogre 2s cant track frigs (i know my heavy drones dont have any problem with belt rats) then switch one of them for 5 small drones and ul still do alot...

NPC geddon: High: 7x Megapulse 2 Mid: 3x Cap recharger 2 Low: 1 LAR2 1 MAR2 2x EANM 1x Heatsink 3x Cap power relay This setup does more dmg than ur setup, and can keep all mods running forever. Thats way way more than i can say about your setup....
