POS reguarded question. If a POS is offline, lets say a caldari medium control tower. Do you still have to take down the 25mil shield hp if you attack the control tower in the offline mode?

Just make the systemscanner be able to detected cloaked ships. That will clear out afk cloakers in sov 2 or 3 systems for alliances and NOT affect cloakers outside of Sov. 2 or 3. I think that would be the best way to solve it.

Yea, lets see ONE SINGLE killmail, were you solo ganked a vagabond. Otherwise you will just keep looking like a fool. There is no way you can kill a vagabond in a crow. Hell im not even sure you can kill a vagabond if it is afk :P
