Petition response depends also in category, where you have filled it in. From my experience: Stuck - Boarding another ship from carrier and got stuck 25 minutes, maybe less No category - POS corp thief, could`t be resolved offcourse 2 or 3 days ...

Recently there was disconnecting problem with some Benelux provider. Players were not able to play one hour without getting disconnected. Imagine what they will feel if server will refuse to connect them back for 5 minutes.

If I can remember properly, once when I was changing subscription payment method from CC to GTC, there was short warning about loosing rest of CC payed days. So I waited some time and switched to GTC when it was 2 day to finish.
