I suggest adding labels to the skill queue. Would be nice to attach labels to skills in the queue just like we do with contacts. Reason: with new long queues it's a good idea to be able to somehow group the skills visually - highlight by labels...

Captain's Quarters work under wine, actually. With low graphics settings, with lags and serious graphical glitches - but at least you can get there. It wasn't possible about a year ago, so there's some progress.
