That would make some sense and its a reason its never gonna ring a bell at CCP. Shooting pirate ships is ok, but if you scratch pirate building or any stupid object in vicinity, concord warps in and kills you. Then they watch pirates for 15mins...

Tengu is fast, small sig, tanks like you cant believe, craps out missiles fast so even smaller dmg to BS is ok. Dont need drones for frigs. CNR - slow, big (sig), bigger tank than tengu (buffer), does good dmg to BS and BC, rest is drone food. Gol...

Still, it is a very selective explosion shock wave. My drones get killed, my ship gets dmged (shield or armor..whatever) and still enemy ships dont get a scratch from it. 110% resist to a particular explosion.....o well.
