very simple... it's not worth it... the properbillity of getting attacked in a belt is VERY high if your going to roam around mining or ratting, actually if you can get 2-3 jumps into 0.0 it's more safe then in 0.4;) and the gain from 0.1-0.4 so...

scramblers got a bakance problem.. think it is more then lame that one module can prevent you from warping forever... should just add a timer to the warping decided on the module size(when they at some point gets that fixed,... as slow as they are...
