Carebears whine when they take a risk knowingly and lose something that they knew they could lose. Staying in high-sec space simply means you're not a PvPer--this has nothing to do with being a carebear. There are pirate carebears too you know.

Sentry range should be 400km base. So in a 0.3 system its like 120km. And 0.1 its 40km. You can get 250km optimal range if you really try, so stop whining
