Hello, I've been doing some level 1 missions in gallente space and, in reward, I've been receiving +1 implants. I'm about to move to level two missions. When I start doing those, will rewards for storyline missions switch to +2 implants? Thanks.

There is also the question of agent standing. I let a mission (corp mission - not storyline) expire. I don't think my corp standing dropped. But my agent standing did. But, agent standing is usually pretty easy to get back.

It has 4 hi slots. However, it only has two turret hard-points for railguns or blasters. It also has two launcher points for missiles or rockets. So, to fill the slots with weapons you would use both missile launchers and railguns/blasters.
