dunno why people use Hammerhead 2's in missions for gallente or caldari missions, they should be using Vespa II's as serpentis and guristas lowest resist is kinetic. Not to mention they are faster and a lot cheaper

Is it me or do they seem a tad overpowered and is the stacking penalty in effect? It doesnt appear to be. I reckon that sensor boosters should be reduced in range effect (sig amp level) and have a large stacking penalty. Maybe then people may star...
