1. Has anyone had ME / PE change ? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
I checked my bpo, they were all ME 200 / PE 70. Then started jobs after calculating material from bpo. On the third manufacture I was out of materials. I check the bpo in production. They showed as ME 0 / PE 5 What the heck is going on???

Why have i been killed twice tonight while jumping into a system, STILL BEING CLOAKED, and targeted, I CAN'T MOVE , I CAN'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT DIE! What the heck ?? why would I be targeted and killed WHILE CLOAKED, after jumping in a system???
