21. What program(s) does CCP use to write their game soundtracks? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I'd be curious too. I think in one of CCP's videos you see Jon Hallur using an electric guitar, but that's all I know about the music.

22. Faction Standing Question - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
The refining/reprocessing tax depends on your corp standing, not your faction standing, unfortunately. So yes, turning down missions would hurt you there.

23. Faction Standing Question - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Stormking on 29/07/2008 23:41:37 Why wouldn't you? If your standing with the agent wasn't sufficient to use him in your first place, and so you used him through your faction standing, then I wouldn't think -10 will make any differen...

24. Buy Inactive Characters from CCP - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Stormking on 29/07/2008 23:39:36 Why can't you get it back? This character was created a few days after the game's release. In between then and now, I've suspended my subscription a couple of times for up to a year. If CCP had give...

26. EVE, FW, PvP, and PvE - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
As I recall, in one of the dev blogs introducing FW, they noted that more rewards would be tied in later, but they didn't want to throw everything in all at once for fear of unbalancing something.

27. The final and perfect solution to get rid of farmers - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Plus, it'd be hard to explain this plausibly in game terms. Even here in the 21st century, we know where our system's asteroid belt is. The locations of belts in New Eden -- sources of the materials that underlie the known universe's economy -- ha...

30. Sign for Chribba to get a mining module named after him - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
/signed Originally by: Joe Starbreaker Edited by: Joe Starbreaker on 25/07/2008 01:32:35 I think there should be a kind of immortality for great players of the game. Maybe make them into NPC agents. I like this idea especially.

31. A survey! (participate and I will send you a cool 10 million ISK!) - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
1. Do you know what the In Game Browser (IGB) is? Yes. 2. How often do you use the IGB? Rarely -- usually only when a link is posted in game somewhere; otherwise I use an OOG browser. 3. When you do use the IGB, how long does it typically st...

32. Raven smartbombs WOW - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: soldieroffortune 258 EDIT: also, this is WoW, and it is only 6 miles long w/ millions of players, and EVE is thousands of lightyears across w/ only 400k? EVE online really needs to be more advertised, not over advertised,...

33. Mineral rounding point on BPs - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Hi all -- I'm trying to write a spreadsheet to help with a couple of industry tasks. I know the formula for calculating mineral requirements based on the BP, ME, and Prod Eff level, but sometimes the result is a decimal, and I don't know when I sh...

35. CCP, Stop the animations please.. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
In the upper-right corner of the character sheet, there's a "collapse" control that will hide the text. I agree about the map zoom, though. I've long since set it back to the instantaneous transition.

36. Federation Navy L4 Agents... suck? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
There's an L4Q18 agent next door in Auvergne. It's an intelligence agent for the Federal Intelligence Office. 15% courier, 85% kill. Out of curiosity, though (since I've been running the same agent as the OP), how much does quality actually matte...

40. Allowed: AFK mining in an indy - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
So I'm not exactly new, but I haven't done much mining. Is it within the game rules to fit a miner to an indy and leave it mining on some big roid while you're AFK? Or is this akin to macro mining, even though it doesn't use automation? Thanks to...
