According to what i know. The highest someone can do in a hac or command ship would be a 3 or 4. 5's maybe but I think those require atleast 2 players in bs or higher. Anything else is out of your league. Your going to need a group for 5 or above.

Well first rule of pvp is Don't fly what you can't loose. Second rule is you only get better with pratice. Honestly many hardcore pvper's will tell you start with frigs. Cheap, easily replaced and yes believe it or not you can PWNED in a frig. ...

My friend and I have been mission running for about 2 months now and he realized that one of the level 3 missions offer a great advantage in making some decent isk. You chances are slim but he just made 30 mil today after doing about 2 hrs of work...
