Erm... T2 missiles for missions = expensive. And I don't think there even yet are T2 HAMs available? Not to mention no one has the skills for them trained. Just use heavies and spam them cheaply with decent damage and nice range.

Is the capacitor recharge rig good? Yes. Overpowered? I don't see why, because everyone can use it just the same, plus better cap recharge might not be better than putting on damage-related mods. After all what good is good cap recharge at the end...
